Kodak: Great service, highly recommended, A+++

I bought a Kodak printer about 2 months ago, fully aware that there will likely be problems with the print head later on. Well later on was about a week ago, and last night I called into Kodak support to troubleshoot. After 10 minutes, their rep (probably living in a dirt hut in India) is sending overnighting me a brand new print head and pack of ink.
Did I mention they have LIVE customer service 24 hrs/day, 7 days a week, and I did not have to go through a maze of “press 1 if.. press 2 if..” to get there?
Would purchase from seller again!
